Marcus Property Group works in eight regions: north Los Angeles, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Kansas City, the Atlanta metro, North Carolina, Huntsville and Ocala. In each one we buy houses from owners who need to sell and lease co-living homes to housing partners.

Dallas, Tarrant, Collin and Denton counties across the Metroplex.

Kansas City
Both sides of the state line, in Missouri and Kansas.
Atlanta metro
Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett and Clayton counties.
North Carolina

What stays the same in every market?
The two doors do. Sellers get a plain explanation, a deal on terms, no repairs, no commissions and a timeline that works for them. Housing partners get a turnkey house of 4-plus bedrooms and 2-plus baths, near public transit, on a master lease.
What changes is local law, local transit and local housing need. We study each market's rules and tell you what applies, instead of assuming California's rules everywhere.

Contact us anyway. We would rather tell you honestly than guess. If we cannot help directly, we may be able to pass the deal to our network of investor buyers.
